Oroville High School is pleased to announce that we will be holding our 1st ever Job Fair for students on March 30th.
We have many fabulous presenters attending to give our kids an idea of what is and will be available to them after graduation. We will have entry level careers that kids who may not be college bound can look into and jobs available after college.
Although the job market may look sad right now, many good paying careers right here in town have employees of the baby boomer age group that are now and in the near future getting ready to retire. This will be an opportunity for our students to see what is available, how to go about landing a good paying job, pay scales, advancement opportunities... As parents, you can help at home by talking up the fair to your children. As always you are also more than

Oroville High School is pleased to announce that
we will be holding our 2nd annual Diversity Day
on April 17th at lunch. Last years event was a pure joy
for students, staff, parents and community
members. What started out to be an extended
lunch period where different clubs could
showcase food, art and crafts from different
cultures turned out to be a fun filled community
event. This years Diversity Day will also include
a career fair where students can check out
different careers, colleges, military and have
professionals answer questions about job
outlook, pay scales, and information on how to
prepare for that job of your dreams.
